The (very late) Chickenpants Limiteds for October & November

Hi everyone!
I can't believe it, but there are only 5 days left before I leave for Felt Club! Eep! So it's pretty much full tilt chaos over here, as you can imagine.
I should be plushing, but I had to share with you the very, very belated release of:
CHICKENPANTS LIMITED OCTOBER 08 - NUZZLE!

CHICKENPANTS LIMITED NOVEMBER 08 - KISMET!

These two are the first to feature a glossy finish (as opposed to our usual luster finish). I really like the way it makes colors looks so saturated. What do you think of it?

New Chickenpants Limited Featuring Ninjapants

Here we are, nearing the end of August. Which mean it is past time for the new Chickenpants Limited!
This time, I have two shots from the same photo shoot. I couldn't possibly decide between them, so here we have the CP Limited for August and September, respectively. And both of them feature the Ninjapants.

They're both up in the shop now. Hooray! (I am high five-ing myself right now for finally getting this done.)

Introducing the Chickenpants Limited for July!

Ta Da! Here there be Chickenpants, climbing the Crane Tree, looking for the perfect place to build their fort. (Not nest. Nests are for girls!)
I call this one "Shaking the Tree".

I'm really happy with how the colors in this print turned out. They remind me so much of photographs from the 70's/ early 80's - in other words, childhood memories.
I used to pour over family albums for hours when I was a kid...so those strange orangey color schemes are firmly planted in my mind.

I am very grateful to everyone for making these prints such a success. I'm also a teeny bit sad...this is the very last of the "Chickenpants in a mixer" type photos. I always get a little attached to what I create...Oh well! I'll just have to start thinking up the next photo shoot, that usually takes my mind off things. ^-^

Chickenpants Limited for June debut!

Here it is, in all it's Parisian glory:

This seems a particularly apropos print to start making them BIGGER! Instead of 5 x 7, this print is a whopping 8 x 10 inches. Yay!

What a Wednesday!

I should probably wait on this, but it just didn't feel right heading off to a show (actually, two this weekend) without mentioning the May Chickenpants Limited...and a little something extra.
Ok, so first off- the Chickenpants Limited for May 2008 is called "Chocolat De Chickenpants". You may recognize it as one of the Chickenpants in France series.
I really adore this photograph.


One is in the shop right now, but there are the usual 30 available. Actually, no wait, 29. Never mind.
Also: here is something a bit odd. I printed two different shots from the Kitchen Adventure shoot. One of them wound up being "To The Moon" and the other one wound up on a shelf, after some went out in The Sampler. It got scooped in with the rest, and some of them sold at various shows, and long story short: there are only five of these left. And I really love them. But, there aren't enough of them left to be a whole month anymore- so we're going to call it an alternate. Thus:
"Lending A Spoon"- the Chickenpants Limited Spring 2008 alternate.


I've listed one in the shop today, but if it should disappear or you'd like more than one, feel free to contact me by leaving a message here or on Etsy or anywhere, really. (Can't list my email address any more, alas. I receive over 300 pieces of spam a day, no exaggeration!)

Right. So. It's just a wee bit late this month, but it is still April, so ha. I think it was worth the wait.
The Chickepants Limited for April is called "Chickenpants Picnic". One lucky guy and three lovely ladies munching on Re-Ment sweets in the tall grass.

Chickenpants Limited for March 2008 Debut!

It's that time again!
This month's Chickenpants Limited print is called "Spring is in the Air".
(In this part of the country, it really is: in the form of pollen!)

Now for the cut & paste:
Chickenpants Limited prints are released every month in
editions of only 30.
They're printed on high quality photographic paper. It has a little white border to assist in framing.
They measure 5 x 7 inches (12.7 cm x 17.8 cm). Each one is signed and numbered by the artist (me!).
*resume human writing*

Chickenpants Limited for February

I am happy to release the next print in the Chickenpants Limited series- Kitchen Invasion!
They all crept into the warm kitchen to escape the cold outside. "Hey, a chicken could get used to this..."
It's up in the shop as we speak.

Chickenpants Limited

There's nothing I love more than ideas making the jump from my head into tangible reality. It's been a really awesome month for that already. But! I have one more. I am really happy to be able to share with you my latest: Chickenpants Limited!

Chickenpants Limited is a new print series. They'll be released every month in an edition of only 30. Each one is signed, numbered, securely packaged, kissed by a Chickenpants, and awesome.

I've really enjoyed working on this new project! I hope you'll find the prints as amusing as I do.

And you can find them in only two places: my shop and February's Sampler.
